Brittany Greenslade

Island Rep.

Brittany A Greenslade was born on February 26th, 1992 to Natalka and Stephen Greenslade in Nassau, Bahamas. She started her early childhood education at St. Bedes Catholic School completing in 2003. After which, she attended Jordan Prince Williams High School and completed in 2009. She grew up loving basketball and received many accomplishments in the High School league.

After completing high school she then moved on to play Night League with the Jr. Allstars team. In 2011 she started working at her family business, ICS of the Bahamas Company Ltd. She was exposed to different aspects of the business, Human Resource, Shift Leader in the Electronic Monitoring Center and Administration. She was inspired by her father to become an Entrepreneur. In 2016 she was introduced to the Royalty and Respect Management Team and officially joined the team in 2017.

David Mullins or better known as ‘DavidThaDudee’ is our lead A&R representative for the United States market. Having been groomed in sales with over 5 years of sales experience and immersing himself in the mission of Royalty & Respect, David strives to help the independent artist realize the value in investing in their career in order to develop their artist careers into professional careers. His goal is to elevate each artist to reach the potential that they deserve to reach and to get paid for their talent. His clients have reached over a 200 thousand views on WorldStar and over 80 thousand streams on Spotify, Apple Music, and more.

Jay Green is our lead A&R representative for the Caribbean market. Jay has been a performing artist for over 20 years having toured internationally as part of a reggae group, performed all over the Americas, and an accomplished songwriter. Jay continues to advance music in the Caribbean by finding opportunities for artists to invest in themselves while creating value that can pay them back in the form of a long term career. As part of the Royalty & Respect team, Jay brings his 20+ years of experience to make sure that artists are creating the best opportunities for themselves.

Dennis Lejardi is our marketing director for both U.S. and International Markets. Dennis is a strategic, high-performing events management and marketing professional. He has directed the design and delivery of polished, intricately planned festivals and concerts from initial concept through completion. Additionally, he has been at the helm of dozens of successful multi-medium marketing campaigns for several industries including music, retail, e-commerce, non-profits, local government, events and entertainment, and more. When asked his favorite part of what he does he says "I pride myself in bringing measurable improvements to my campaigns and events. I combine the art and science of marketing to achieve business goals in creative and strategic ways". As part of the Royalty & Respect team, Dennis brings his expertise to a diverse client pool.
